Quiet weekend..

For Marcel, Joyce and stable rider Maddy last weekend was a quiet one: no shows were on the program as next weekend the regional championships of the province Limburg (in the south of Holland) will take place. Maddy will then compete VDB Carross Corleone and Beukenvallei's Bink.

Also, other students of Marcel and Joyce will perform at regional championships in The Netherlands so most of them did not enter for any show last weekend.

The Beukenvallei horses have had a relaxed weekend as well. The competition horses don't go out in the field these days as it can be very slippery due to all the rain. Marcel and Joyce won't take the risk that something will happen in the wet fields. The horses have been lunged in a halter so they can play a little bit without loosing control.

Nicky Creemers, one of Marcel's students, has competed her Amarante (by Sunny Boy) and she came first and third at M2 level.
