Not my best day in Ermelo

Well....last Tuesday obviously was not my best day in Ermelosadangry during the semi final of the Pavo Cup.

First I competed Feiner Stern, the talented son of Tango. Feiner Stern is owned by Mr. Looymans and this horse isn't at The Beukenvallei that long. He performed very well and we were satisfied. We got 76,5 and that wasn't too much in my opinion. Anyway, we were happy although he still is very green.

Than it was
Firestone's turn, the stallion which is owned by team Nijhof from Geesteren in The Netherlands. Firestone showed his qualities and the judges could see he has made progress. Unfortunately Firestone was very tensed and this caused tension in our performance as well. Of course I regret this as the tension cost a lot of points. I tried to solve it as good as possible and I am happy there were some good parts in our performance as well but still, it was a disappointment.

But, we can't turn back time and now we will train for the coming stallion competition which start
in November. We are very happy with Firestone and now we will focus on our next stop!

Feiner Stern will be competed more as well. During the winter season he will go on competition to gain more experience.
