New home for Pocket

One of our breeding mares has got a new home. Last Saturday our sweet mare Pocket (by Contango) has moved to her new owner Kim, the assistant of the local vet in Leende.

Last year Pocket was expecting a foal by Charmeur but she lost her foal. The vet examined her and it turned out Pocket is carrier of a disease and she can’t be a breeding mare anymore. It will be very hard for her to become pregnant again and then there is a big chance she gets a miscarriage.

Kim was looking for an easy and nice horse to ride and to hack so she tried Pocket. Now Pocket has got a new home!

´Super, we are happy! Pocket is such a sweet horse so she deserves this. We are very satisfied that she is with Kim now and we hope the two will have a lot of fun together!’ Joyce tells.
