Looking back at the world championships for young horses

We can look back at the world championships for young horses. We hope you have followed our adventures via Instagram and Facebook. Unfortunately I can't update the website with my cell phone so that takes a while.

Well, we are home again and can look back with mixed feelings! 

Iconic B was in top form. He always is so cool in his head and no matter what, his walk always is fantastic. Unfortunately on the first day in Ermelo this was not the case... he panicked during the warming up and he didn't trust anything anymore. I could not get rid of the tension. His walk always is super but not in Ermelo... too bad this happened here but there was nothing we could do about it..

On the second day in the small final Iconic B was much better but both flying changes were not good. It's a pitty what happened on the first day but despite everything we are so happy with him!! And of course it was again a great experience to compete at this championship.

Then four year old Kaboom... His first show, such a big show and he did so well!! On the first day he qualified for the final and in the final he finished sixth! 

It was a great championship and we are very proud of our top horses. We now just continue the training.
