Bronze for Judith Deboughnoux!

Today Judith Deboughnoux (picture) has won bronze at the Dutch championships. The student of Marcel won this medal at Z2 level.

Last Friday it was the first day at the Hippiade. The best five qualified for the day after. On Friday Judith came third. On Saturday morning she came third again and in the freestyle kur on Saturday afternoon she even came second! In the final ranking she came third!

We had some other students competing at the Dutch championships as well: 
Ankie van der Heijden came third at the first day and qualified for the second round. In the final ranking she came seventh at M2 level. 

Iris Langeveld showed at M1 level and came fifth in the first round. Unfortunately she had some mistakes on Saturday and she came 13th. 

Joyce van Cranenbroek won her first test at M2 level and came fourth in total.

There was bad luck for our stable rider Maddy Ramakers: she competed Beukenvallei's Cesj and the M1 test started really good. Then there was the transition to canter and Cesj was in the wrong canter. The focus of both Maddy and Cesj was gone and two big mistakes followed. The quality at the championships was great so two mistakes was too much to qualify for the next round. The pair finished seventh in total.
