Oliva: competition day 1

Joyce tells about the first show day at the international competition in Oliva, Spain:

'Well... where to start... sometimes you win, sometimes you loose...
Euro was great!! We had two big mistakes but we finished second! Too bad we had these mistakes but Euro has done a great job and I am very proud of him!
Authentic was really nice to ride but we had too many little things in the test and that cost points. Even with these mistakes in mind I expected a higher score. But.. even little mistakes cost points so I can understand.. we came fifth with a score of over 67%.
Then Showboy.. I couldn't canter during the warming up as there was not so much times between the horses. Okay.. it's no excuse but it was a test I just want to forget.. we got 66%.'

Joëlle Peters was very successful at Junior level: she came second with 68,5% in the team test!
